TownFavorite.com is a shared direct mail advertising platform operated by Jimmy Bearden, based in Hoover, Alabama. We publish cooperative 9×12 postcards that are mailed to residential households across the Birmingham metro area, including Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Indian Springs Village, and Pelham, Alabama.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all visitors and users of townfavorite.com and any related services.

Information you provide directly. When you submit a lead capture form, request a campaign slot, complete a checkout, or contact us by email, we collect the information you enter. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, city of interest, and any message you include.

Payment information. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiration dates on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data and is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Usage data. We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your identity unless you are logged in.

Account data. If you create an account via Manus OAuth, we receive a user identifier, display name, and email address from the authentication provider. We store this information to manage your session and associate any ad slots or orders with your account.

UTM and referral parameters. We capture UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) from URLs to understand how visitors find us. This data is stored alongside lead submissions to measure marketing effectiveness.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To fulfill your order or reservation. When you purchase an ad slot or reserve a subscription package, we use your contact and payment information to process the transaction, confirm your slot, and coordinate ad design and print production.

To communicate with you. We send transactional emails related to your order, slot status, upcoming drop dates, and account activity. If you opt in, we may also send marketing emails about new city launches, available slots, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

To improve our platform. We analyze usage data to understand how visitors interact with the site, identify friction points, and improve the user experience. This analysis is performed on aggregated, anonymized data.

To prevent fraud and enforce our terms. We may use account and transaction data to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, chargebacks, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Lead submissions are retained for a minimum of 24 months to support sales follow-up and campaign history. Order and payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with accounting and tax requirements. Account data is retained until you request deletion or your account is deactivated.

Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct any inaccuracies.

Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information. We will honor deletion requests subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
